Meet Your Baker
My name is Michele Figueroa. I am a second generation Dominican woman in NYC. I created Sabor de Sajoma in efforts to share my love of baking and my Dominican culture with the world. I hand-craft every order with the highest quality ingredients on the market and ensure the quality of each jar that leaves my shop properly upholds the tradition of this unique delicacy.
